• We offer a free 30 day returns from the date you receive your delivery.
• You have the right to inspect the product and if after inspection you wish to return the product please do so ensuring there is no damage to the product or its packaging.
• Items must be returned in a resellable condition and in full original packaging. Used products cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty by both parties.
• We will issue a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label for you to return the goods to us.
• Goods for return must be despatched to us within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return them or within 30 days from the date of delivery, whichever is the longer.
• All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
• Refunds including delivery charges (where paid) equivalent to the cost of our Standard Delivery service will be made within 14 days of either us getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of tracked shipping), whichever is the sooner.
